We realize the need to dedicate time improving our services for existing clients.  That's why we've decided to dedicate one week a month on improving everyone's web sites at an extremely low rate of $150 per month.  We can only do this if at least 10 clients choose to participate.   Each client's small monthly payment collectively funds exciting new developments that make your current investment continue to grow in value at only a fraction of the cost!

We have a long list of ideas ready to jump start this program.  I am encouraging all the clients to actively contribute to the list and provide feedback on our projects so that we can customize them to each of your specific needs. Some of the ideas came from existing clients and others are focused on delivering innovate new ideas and applications based on what we know is necessary to compete in the market today.

• Lead system enhancements
• Search Engine Ranking research & development including programming of advanced tools to analyze competitors and automate copywriting and keyword research.
• Link campaign enhancements
• Enhanced mls & rental search functionality & performance (considering use of maps and ajax (web 2.0))
• Automated email campaign systems
• Finding good paid placement for all clients
• Improve the code & performance - research & develop with newer or faster technologies such as Microsoft .NET, Adobe Flash, Microsoft Silverlight, C++
• Integrate and analyze sites with google webmaster tools
• integrate more advanced communication features for email, calendars, address book, mobile access into the sites so you can take your office with you anywhere and be more productive on your own or in a team environment managing your contacts.
• Building a client login area for collecting payments, reviewing payment history, reviewing progress on our active projects, sign contracts, view invoices, send us feedback & more to make us more productive and serve you better.

After being on the program for six months, you will have paid only $900 for $18,000 of our development time.

Remember, we will need at least 10 clients to participate in order to start offering this service.  If you aren't on the program, these projects will cost much more to implement individually later.  Any link campaign or copywriting services we offer you currently will continue uninterrupted whether or not you choose to join this new program.  With our unique blend of skills and knowledge combined with the time you'll afford us by joining this program, we know it will result in positive growth for your company and provide us a reliable means to fund development.

Please note: The monthly pricing is subject to change January 1st of each year and only clients with web sites designed (or redesigned) by International Web Media, LLC can participate. We reserve the right to stop offering this program after notifying all participating clients and fullfilling the last month of service paid for. The $150 is monthly charge paid for in advance per domain on the program with no commitment to stay on the program. You must notify us before the 1st of the month if you choose to opt out of the program. Domains that mirror the content of another domain are not an additional charge. Changes to the program will be posted to this web page and a notification email will be sent to the participating client. Pricing for this program won't change until January 2009.
