It seemed as if our every wish was your command, and the finished product is a “site” to behold. The content management system gives me the ability to quickly and easily update content anywhere in the hundred plus pages of the site, and the permissions manager you designed for us allows me to delegate updates to specific sections of the web site, without fear of unauthorized or undesirable changes being made. Even our newest volunteers are able to refresh and add content with just a few minutes of instruction. The simple user interface of the content manager elegantly disguises the sophistication and complexity of the web site you have built for us.
The photo galleries, news items, and online newsletters are allowing us to be good stewards of our resources by posting content on the web as opposed to mass mailing newsletters. This aspect alone has saved the church on printing and postage expenses. And the ability to post sermon audio and downloadable recordings of our praise music has been, one of the most popular aspects of the new site, according to our congregation.
In summary, we now have an awesome tool to reach the beaches for Christ, a Godsend for timely communications, a beautiful and effective online face for our church. Not to mention a reinvigorated volunteer force that can help us to maintain the most current and up-to-date information to all of our online viewers. "I wanted to take time to write a letter to you and your development team about the work you have done for the Cayman Caravan. The web site had not changed in over 6 years when I came on staff, and it was sorely in need of a redesign. I contacted several freelance programmers and web development companies but after talking with them I had little confidence that they would be able to deliver a product with which I would be satisfied. They just did not seem to understand who we were and what we were trying to achieve with the look and feel of the site. Then I was introduced to IWMOnline. Your team captured exactly what we wanted to convey through our site. Minor changes we requested were quickly and expertly handled, and we were able to sign off on site delivery on the same day. Transferring the hosting to IWM was painless and seamless as well. And in testament to the effectiveness (we believe) of the new site, we recorded 3 participant registrations for this year’s Caravan on the first day the new site was available for registration, the first time we have had such an early and effective response.
Words hardly do justice to the enthusiasm with which I find myself writing this letter.
